Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or exchange is necessary. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand the conditions and process for returning a product.

1. No Refunds on Purchases

 

Turmerik by Nivethitha Sanjay does not offer refunds for any products purchased from our online store https://turmerikofficial.in/. All sales are final unless the product received is damaged or defective.

Any approved refunds would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 4 to 5 days .

2. Return Eligibility for Damaged or Defective Products

 

We allow returns only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To qualify for a return:

You must contact our customer care team within two (2) days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned within three (3) to four (4) working days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in its original saleable condition, with the following intact:

Original price and information tags

Original folds and packaging

The product should be unused and undamaged

If the product fails to meet these return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

3. Return Process

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item and wish to initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide details, including order number, product details, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

  1. Return Approval & Instructions:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.

The returns would happen within 4 to 5 days.

  1. Shipping the Product Back:

You are responsible for securely packing the item to prevent further damage during transit.

Depending on your location, we may provide a pickup service or request you to ship the item back to us.

4. Important Notes

 

Returns for reasons other than defects/damage are not accepted.

Sale items and customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
